Current version notice

The three free 3-minute assessments, the postal-area school lookup and the single-school preparation tool are still handled only on the current browser page — nothing is uploaded. The professional report is normally paid through Stripe, which collects a delivery email and phone number; the team can also set up an unpaid invite for a specific family being tested, and the invited family’s contact details and draft answers are saved automatically but only enter report production once an administrator confirms it.

The paid flow does not ask for your child’s name, identity document numbers, full date of birth, diagnostic records or full address, and does not store card numbers.

1. Acceptance and who this applies to

This site and the “SG Primary Family Decision Report” are operated by Northeast Research. Business matters, delivery, refunds and data requests are all handled through sgschoolgowhere@gmail.com.

Using this site means you understand and accept this page and the related terms in the Privacy policy, Data & deletion notice and Disclaimer. This site is mainly for parents, guardians and other adults planning a family’s education decisions; it is not for children to submit personal data independently.

2. What is currently offered

The current version offers three free 3-minute assessments: primary school local and international pathways, S1 posting and preparing your six choices, and pre-university A-Level versus IB Diploma pathways; plus local primary and secondary school reference data based on the first two digits of a postal code, and the paid primary-school professional report. We may adjust the free tools’ questions, rules, page structure and public reference data to improve accuracy and usability.

The “SG Primary Family Decision Report” is a one-time service priced at S$69.90. Payment is handled by a Stripe-hosted page; once payment succeeds, the application ID, order and professional questionnaire are linked automatically. The report covers primary school pathway decisions, your child’s learning environment, daily family arrangements, housing and six-year costs, longer-term transitions, and key school facts. It does not include a separate paid service for secondary or pre-university stages.

The operator may set up an unpaid questionnaire invite for a specific family being tested. Invite links are not a public offer and may not be resold or forwarded in bulk; only after an administrator explicitly confirms it in the protected backend does the submitted data enter the same automated analysis, independent review, PDF generation and email delivery pipeline as a paid application.

The operator may also issue a limited number of one-time internal test invite codes. Each code is for one family to redeem once; it may not be sold, published or passed to another family. Once verified it is treated as used and bound to a system-generated application ID. A complete questionnaire submission enters the same automated report pipeline directly, without needing payment or a further backend approval.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide genuine categories and summary information sufficient to complete the report, and make sure the payment email and phone number can be reached;
  • Do not provide your child’s name, identity documents, full date of birth, diagnostic records, school class, full address or unrelated third-party details;
  • Verify time-sensitive facts through official channels before an actual application, identity or housing decision;
  • Understand that free results are based on limited information and can only be a starting point for a decision;
  • Do not use this site for sabotage, security testing, malicious automated requests, or bypassing access limits.

4. Payment, delivery and contact

The report is priced as a one-time S$69.90, in the currency and total shown on the Stripe payment page. The report is sent to the email entered at payment; the phone number is only used if the email bounces or a key detail must be confirmed. Please keep the automatically generated application ID and provide it when contacting sgschoolgowhere@gmail.com.

Unpaid invites do not trigger a Stripe charge. Once confirmed in the backend, the automated report pipeline starts immediately; an unconfirmed draft is not an accepted report order.

One-time internal test invite codes do not trigger a Stripe charge. A code is consumed once verified; drafts are kept for at most 30 days, and a complete submission automatically starts report processing. If a code is lost, made public, or redeemed by someone else first, we do not guarantee a replacement or restoration.

Once the data is complete, the automated report pipeline starts immediately and usually finishes within minutes. “Complete” means payment has succeeded, or a one-time internal test invite code has been consumed, the professional questionnaire has been submitted, and the required fields pass format checks; unpaid backend invites still require administrator approval. The system automatically retries brief faults; if a third-party service is interrupted, a data source is temporarily unavailable, or a required security check cannot complete, delivery may be delayed, and the backend will show the processing status and a retry option.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Before the professional questionnaire is submitted, you can request a full refund by emailing from your payment email. Once the questionnaire is submitted, personalised automated processing begins immediately and, in principle, is no longer refundable — except for duplicate charges, cases where we confirm delivery is not possible, or where applicable law requires a refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to reach your account depends on Stripe, your card issuer or payment method. Submitting a refund request does not automatically delete stored data — if you also want data deleted, please say so clearly in your email. See the Data & deletion notice for how this is handled.

6. Content and fair use

You may make reasonable use of free results and a purchased report for your own personal or family decisions. Apart from the original rights holders’ rights in publicly sourced material, this site’s structure, method wording, page design, report templates and original text may not be copied in bulk, resold, republished or used to build a competing database without permission.

7. Availability and responsibility boundaries

The current service may be paused, updated, or experience technical errors. The paid report first organises data under fixed rules, then a language model completes the analysis and an independent check; content that does not pass the required checks is replaced with more cautious wording. We do not guarantee the site will run continuously without interruption, that every public fact is updated in real time, or that any judgement applies to an undisclosed special circumstance. See the Disclaimer for the fuller responsibility boundary.

8. Updates to these terms and business contact

The business contact email is sgschoolgowhere@gmail.com. When the scope, price, delivery, refund arrangement or data handling changes materially, we will update these terms first; completed orders remain governed by the terms confirmed at payment, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
