Data & deletion
The free assessments clear as soon as you refresh or close the page. Contact details and the questionnaire for the professional report can be accessed, corrected or deleted using your application ID.

2. How to request professional-report data
Please email sgschoolgowhere@gmail.com from the delivery email used at payment or for the unpaid invite, stating your application ID and which data you want to access, correct, withdraw consent for, or delete. We verify the delivery email against the application ID; please do not send your child’s data, full address or identity document details through public social-media messages.
For withdrawal and cancellation before the professional questionnaire is submitted, see the refund arrangement in the Terms of use. Once the questionnaire is submitted and automatic personalised processing has begun, or once the report has been delivered, we still process data requests, but a minimal set of records needed to complete a refund, dispute, accounting or security process, or an applicable legal obligation, may not be deletable immediately.
3. What deletion covers
- The professional questionnaire, delivery email and necessary contact phone number are removed from this site’s paid data store;
- Data that Stripe, Cloudflare and Google each control or are required by law to retain must be handled through their own privacy channels;
- Aggregate traffic analytics cannot locate a single visitor by name, email or application ID;
- Emails already sent may be retained for a limited time under email security, backup and legal obligations;
- A minimal set of order, refund, audit or dispute records will be deleted once the legitimate business or legal purpose has ended.
